Dr. Norby Forero is a licensed clinician, mental health advocate, and emotional well-being expert with over a decade of experience in therapeutic and leadership roles. She has dedicated her career to creating supportive, inclusive spaces where individuals and communities can connect, reflect, and grow.
Dr. Norby blends clinical expertise with practical strategies, empowering others to build resilience, improve well-being, and break the stigma surrounding mental health. She is a bilingual keynote speaker whose online channels have reached over 500,000 viewers worldwide. She also served as Vice President of Clinical Operations for a nationwide organization overseeing several teams and more than 200 employees, caring for over 6,000 patients.
In recognition of her positive impact on the community, Dr. Norby was awarded the Health and Wellness Award for Nuestra Latina in 2026 by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
